glassmark is a product of Fourteen Seed Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16940050). Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

These terms govern your use of the glassmark website and scanning service. By using glassmark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

glassmark offers a free scan and a paid full report. The free scan is available to anyone without an account. It provides your overall AI readiness score, maturity band, six category scores, and top three priorities.

You may scan any website you own or have authorisation to scan. You must not use the service to scan websites for the purpose of harassing, competing unfairly with, or causing harm to their operators.

Free scans are rate-limited to one scan per website per seven days, and to a reasonable number of scans per IP address per day. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain service quality.

The paid full reading costs £99 as a one-off payment and includes everything in the free scan plus full findings across all six categories, developer remedy blocks, a tailored prompt kit, a downloadable branded PDF, and a dashboard account. It does not renew automatically.

Each access code allows a total of six scans (one initial deep scan and five rescans) within a 90-day window starting from the date of purchase. Once the 90-day window expires, the access code can no longer be used for new scans, though existing results remain accessible.

If all six scans are used before the 90-day window ends, a £10 top-up adds three rescans to the same window. A top-up does not extend the expiry date.

After the included 90-day watch ends, paid ongoing watch is available separately for £10 a month. It includes one scheduled monthly check and up to four manual rescans in each rolling 30-day period. It requires a separate deliberate purchase, never starts automatically with the full reading, and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Refunds are not available once the initial scan has been delivered, except where required by UK consumer law (for example, if we fail to deliver the service as described).

Advisory services (such as discovery calls and implementation support) are separate engagements with bespoke terms agreed on a per-engagement basis. These terms of use do not govern advisory services, though the general provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) apply unless explicitly varied in a separate agreement.

Your glassmark report is for the use of your business and for sharing with your web developers, IT team, or marketing agency to implement the recommended improvements. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish glassmark reports as a commercial service.

The glassmark name, brand, scoring methodology, and software remain the intellectual property of Fourteen Seed Ltd.

glassmark is a diagnostic tool. It provides an assessment of your website's readiness for AI-mediated discovery based on automated scanning and analysis. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any AI tool, search engine, or platform.

We provide the service "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific expectations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of glassmark is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For paid customers with active access codes, we will notify material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of glassmark will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
